Just a quick post to what I have been up to really;
Today I met up with my Software Engineering Group for the first time at the University coffee shop, first impressions seemed good, all pleasant and friendly people who I shouldn’t have a problem getting on with. Some seemed quieter then others but that’s expected on a first meeting when you don’t know anybody (isn’t it?), I am looking forward to creating our program which I believe is a Java application to run a PDA and something to do with GPS but Ill inform you more when I have have the requirement analysis. Anyway sounds interesting. Heading to Durham on Tuesday for “Team building Excises”, which probably means talking about yourself and ending up playing a ridiculous game of building bridges with bricks or spaghetti towers something along that line, you know the ones I mean.
I have been learning today in CSC2502 about CakePHP and was wondering if Wordpress was it, its has a lot of similarities. Or may Wordpress derived from Cake, maybe I’m completely wrong and should listen more to Chris in my lectures. I could search Google, but what’s the point I am not really that interested.
Also I always thought a red nano ipod was already on sale, but no there’s Bono and Oprah Launching that one yesterday for poverty or AIDS (something along them lines, I should really take note).
I haven’t watched LOST yet, thats next up on my list.
