Although I would bet everything I own I’m not.
Anyway read this from the Gazette.
I wasn’t the only person to point this out, but that photograph looks like a good lecture from the South Tyneside College (or used to be ?). It wouldn’t surprise me, its something everybody suspected. (Personality far out there)
One more point the address checks out too, I see him in Asda all the time getting his drink in.
