I’ve never been the sort of person who has an interest in exercises, but I think over the next weeks I’m going to edge myself into small routines. Today I had a ride on my dads bike (with mine currently having two flat tires) and I was shattered after such a short distance. It didn’t help having a shooting pain going through my left foot every time I hit a bump or went down a kerb, anyway that wasn’t the real problem. I was so amazed how red-faced-shattered I had become, so that why I feel it’s time to do something about it.
Now its down in words I feel compelled to make an effort.
I need to drink more water too.
