Now I’m not the only big fan of the man I shall not mention, look at this;
This reminds me of that ‘we need you, Bruce’ story from the days of the Rising. It’d be cool if Springsteen really was a superhero. Any time there was woe and turmoil in the world, we’d just need to call stately Bruce Manor on the Bruce Phone, tell Bruce there’s a damsel in distress tied to the railroad tracks (or whatever dire situation might arise) and TA DA! SUPER BRUCE would rush to Atlanta, record an album, and launch a year long world tour.
Anyway that was strange…
It looks like Tuesday 28th August is the first real day to starting advertising Bruce, Magic and Radio Nowhere. Today the song can be officially played on any radio station, Springsteen features on the front page of the today’s Guardian in which they are offering a free download of the new song. I have also found this new official site that allows you to download Radio Nowhere for free.
It has also been reported that these could be the dates for the tour;
Dec 4 Oslo, Dec 8 Copenhagen, Dec 10 Stockholm, Dec 12 Antwerp,Dec 13 Cologne, Dec 15 Belfast, Dec 17 Paris, Dec 19 London
Take them for what they are worth, although if sources are correct this will be confirmed today or tomorrow.
Oh yeah one other thing ‘Magic’ will be released on October 1st with the UK (Pre-order on Play or Amazon).
